addressing a "colpensating volume" Kill be subtitted which is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of
Florida prior to pertit issuance.

set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a pertit prevent the Building Official from thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perlit issued shall becole invalid
unless the work authorized by such pertit is cOlmenced within six lonths of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six lonths after the tile the HorK is comlenced. ,One 90 day extension of tiMe, lay be
allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection lust be logged during each six lonth period, or the project wi I I be (c,nsidered abandoned.

Dear Pastor Brock:
The Southwest Florida Water Management District is responsible for
protecting the water resource and its related environment for the citizens
of the District. The District Governing Board has adopted permitting
requirements designed to conserve water resources, preserve water quality,
protect wetlands and reduce flooding.
We have received and reviewed your submittal for the project referenced
above. Pursuant to Chapter 40D-4, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.),
a permit will not be required for the proposed improvements which include
installation of a modular unit, asphalt parking area and driveway
construction and pond excavation with total holding capacity of 2452 cf
(for reference see Chapter 40D-4.021(7), F.A.C., and Chapter 40D-4.04l(1) ,
F.A.C.).
Plans and information submitted will be kept on file and referenced in
support of this opinion.
Please be reminded that all practicable and necessary effort should be
taken during construction to control and prevent erosion and transport of
sediments downstream.
