REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

1. Tear off and haul away old roofing.
2. Install new 15 lb. saturated felt paper and replace damaged flashing.
3. Install new 20 year fiberglass shingles; owner to choose color.
4. Remove old neoprene rubber bOQts and replace them wi th new lead boots.
5. Install new pre-finished aluminum eavedrip; if needed.
6. G & S Roofing, Inc. to provide 5 year warranty on workmanship; Exclusions: Storm
damage, work done by others, tree damage to 'roof deck.
1. G & S Roofing, Inc. to provide General Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance.
8. Contract to include all material, labor, and re-roofing permit as stated.
9. Price includes bad wood and material.

Florida prior to perlit issuance.
A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the "or~ and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
