d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor
necessary for completion to close-in carport and screen porch.
1. Frame 2x4 with T-1-11 sheeting entry wall to carport and
install 8x7 metal garage door.
2. Demo existing aluminum framing and screening on rear porch,
replace with 24" high 8" CMU knee wall with 4x4 post and
fiberglass screening.
3. Painting of new materials included.
4. Classic Homes to provide General Liability and Worker's
compensation Insurance.
5. Contract to include all material, labor, and permit as stated.
The above work will be for the sum of: $2,177.87
All material to be as specified. All work to be completed in a
workman like manner according to standard practices. Any
deviation or alteration from above specifications involving extra
costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become
an extra charge of $100.00 per each change order plus the cost of
doing the work. All agreements contingent upon strikes,
accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire,
tornado and other necessary insurance.
Payment to be made as follows: In full at completion of project.
A monthly 1.5% will charged to any unpaid balance after terms,
then every 30 days thereafter.
