Handicapped Parking Area Dear Sirs: In order to comply with established criteria for construction of handi capped parking faci I i ti es, we find it necessary to re- locate the previously designated area to other acceptable parking facilities as reflected on the enclosed map. The probl em was, the vari a ti ons in el eva ti ons between the parking area and the main entrance to the building generated grade factors that exceeded the maximum allowed. Accordingly, the new area provides acceptable qrade criteria and is closer to the main entrance. There is no change in the size or number of spaces, paved area, or drainage factors.
