I propose to add 8'1" x 30" of 4" poured reinforced concrete to the existing 3'11" concrete apron to serve as a patio at the south side of the apartment I currently occupy and another 8'1" x 10' section of 4" poured reinforced concrete at the juncture of the existing apron at the middle of the south side of the shop. I would further like to construct a 6' x 48' treated wood fence extending eastward from the south wall of the existing shop extension to serve to isolate our commercial operation from the municipal golf course.
