f. Plans not at job site.

The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning

hereinafter referred to as Owner, and GENERAL HOME DEVELOPMENT CORP.,
hereinafter referred to as Builder.

WITNESSETH:
THAT FOR AND IN consideration of the mutual covenants, promises
and agreements hereinafter contained, it is hereby covenantedf stipulated
and agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:
1) Leqal Description: Builder agrees to furnish all of the materials
and provide all of the labor and services which shall be required to
close in the front patio area for the Owner on the following described real
property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 126f Driftwood Subdivision
2) Aqreement of Documents: Owner shallf before construction beginsf
review and sign the specifications to insure that they are in compliance
with all previous discussions and agreements between the parties.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. Any
matters discussed in negotiations but not included in the specifications are
excluded from the contract.
3) Contract Price and Payment Schedule: The contract price of said
constructionf Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninetv and 00/100 DOLLARS,
($ 2,790.00 )f shall be paid to the Builder as follows:
$1,395.00 To be paid upon contract signing
$lf395.00 To be paid upon completion of-construction
4) Permits: Builder shall obtain and pay for the building permits
necessary for this construction.
5) Contract Execution: If this contract is not executed by Builder on
or before June 15, 19~f this Contract shall be null and void.
6) Warranty: The Builder warrants all labor and material for a period
of one year from the date of completion. The intent of the Builder is to
warrant defects in labor and materials only and not damages incurred as a
result of defects.
