Dear Dr. Hashmi:
We Propose to furnish materials and labor for renovations to the Banlett
Bank nuilding in Zephyrh:il] s, [0'.1 orilla as follows:
1. Install particians using metal studs 16" on center as per sketch and tape
on floOL
2. Install 3 ] /2" insulation in all new walls for sound deadening.
.1. Install 5/8" dry\vall on both sides with orange peel finish.
4. Install stain grade birch solid core doors as shown in hollow metal frames.
5. All locks to be A.D.A. approved, lever type as per code, if required by
city.

6. Demolition to be as follows:
A. Remove teller and Drive-thru cabinets.
B. Cut opening in wall at kitchen for new door.
C. Remove shelves and sillk in utility room.
D. Remove concrete and other miscellaneous items from automatic teller
room.
E. Cut off all unused pipes, conduit, wires, and miscellaneous to floor
level.
F. Remove all items from wall on outside where teller machine had been.
G. Remove wall covering from teller area.
7. Box around water heater in utility room.
8. Frame opening '1here vault door is removed for wood door.
9. Replace damaged ceiling tile using tile from one room. New tile to be
installed in room where tile is removed.
10. PAINTING:
A. New drywall to have two coats of latex.
B. Old utility room, new room formed by wall at kitchen, and automatic
teller room and teller area walls.... to receive one coat of latex.
C. New doors to receive clear sealer and clear finish coat.
D. Paint one coat latex on exterior portion of wall that has regular
stucco.

11. ELECTRIC:
A. Add receptacles and switches as per sketch.
B. Stub conduit into attic for telephones as per sketch.
C. Relocate lights and install six new 2 x 4 lay in and four 2 x 2 lay in
to match existing fixtures.
D. Install outside flooi light for sign on front of wall.
12. HVAC: Add supply duct and grills and relocate others to provide complete
air con~itioning system.
13. Leave broom clean and remove all debris from site.
14. Permits are included.
15. The following items are not included:
A. Floor covering or base.
B. Impact or other fees, except building permit.
C. Telephone system, except wall boxes installed with conduit stubbed into
attic.
