requireaents lay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Departlent, (813)

Furtherlore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor(sl sign portions of the
"Contractor Sections' of this application for which they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills.

A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed Mith the Nork and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a pertit prevent the Building Official frol thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code., Every pert it issued shall becole invalid
unless the Mork authorized by such perlit is cottenced within six tonths of issuance, or if work authorized by the pertit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six lonths after the tile the work is cOlienced. One 90 day extension of tile, lay be
allowed for the pertit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection lust be logged during each six lonth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.

This plan was first reviewed in December, 1992. The
education building will be located on the western side, and
is 17 feet from the church. Drainage calculations are shown
as requested. Parking cannot be on the right-of-way, but
must be on private property. Drive in parking may be
accessed off the alley side, the remaining spaces will have
to be shown where the existing building is to be removed.
Paved aisles are required with grass spacing and curb stops,
42 spaces are required, including two handicapped spaces.
Cars may come off 5th Street for parking, but not off 9th
Avenue. The church as its SWFWMD permit.
