REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.001 shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
C. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d, Work not ready for inspection when called,
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

2, Work will begin within approximately after credit is approved it any amount of this contract
is to be financed. Otherwise, work will begin within approximately of signing this conlract. Work will be
compleled within approximalely working days, Conlractor will nol be liable for delays beyond his control.
3. II is agreed that this contract shall not become binding upon the Contraclor until il is approved by an otlicer of the
company,
4. Any representations or agreements not contained herein shall nol be binding on either party, All of the agreements and
understandings 01 each party are contained herein, .
5. In the event it becomes necessary for the Contrador to employ an attorney to recover monies due under this agreement, or to
enforce any of the terms and provisions hereof, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay, all costs and expenses, including
reasonable attorney's fees, necessarily incurred by Contrador as a result, regardless of whether suit is filed or not.
6. All unused matenals shall, under any conditions, remain the property of the Contractor.
7. The undersigned warrant(s) that he is (they are) the owner(s) of the above mentioned premises and Ihe legallille therelo
slands of record in his (their) name(s).
8. "BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL": This is a home solicitation sale, and it you do nol wanlthe goods or services, you may
cancel this agreement by providing written notice to the seller in person, by lelegram, or by mail, This notice must Indicate that
you dO not want the goods or services and must be delivered or poslmarked before midnight of the Ihird business day after you
sign this agreemenl. If you cancel thiS agreement, the seller may nol keep all or pari of any cash down payment.
9. In the event Owner attempts to cancel this agreement after the date and time allowed for cancellation und.r paragraph 8 of this
agreement. Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay Contrador, all damages which Contrador sustains aa a r.sult of such
cancellation, including loss of profit. Contractor's cost of any materials specially fabricated, and a 15% re-stocking charge for all
materials required for the .work specified above.
