The Contractor further agrees to pay for all labor, material or services used, performed and furnished in connection with the construction of said ;/// Page 4 case, the parties shall attempt, in good faith, to negotiate any amicable resolution to any disagreement they may have. If the parties are unable to reach an amicable resolution, either party may bring the matter before a Court of competent jurisdiction.
