Wrong Address b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction. c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called. d. Work not ready for inspection when called. e. Carle Hodges & Carle, P.A. 38410 North Avenue Zephyrhills, Florida 33540 Re: Rose Patrick - House at 5901-13th street Dear Mr. Carle: I talked with Mrs. Rose Patrick in April of this year about the condition of this house; that it needed a complete inspection for us to determine the extent of damage and that no one should be in it until this was accomplished. A letter was sent to Mrs. Patrick on May 16th, again asking for an inspection. May 17th I posted a sign in front of this property which read: this buildina unsafe and its use or OCCUDancv is prohibited. When I returned to the office, a neighbor called and reported that Mr. Patrick had removed the sign as soon as I left. We have been in contact with Mr. Patrick for more than three years concerning this property and his Gall Boulevard property. Only promises, no results. Mrs. Rathe Patrick purchased a permit 7-30-92 to repair a corner and roof line damage caused by termites and rot. With no action, the permit was void after six (6) months. Damage to this house is much greater today and the following should be accomplished within ninety (90) days, or by September 1, 1994: '" )~ V2. No occupancy. With a dumpster, for this aemolition--and.othermat-erIal,---plus--cost for roofing and wall covering, the total expense should be $1,000.00 or less. .-------,- The city has been very patient with Mr. Patrick and so have his neighbors. After all of this time and increased damage, what is being asked for him to accomplish is a very minimum. Please call if you think it's necessary for you and Ito meet at this location. Mr. Patrick will be receiving information soon concerning total demolition of his 5605 Gall Boulevard structures.
