REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons. a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.001 shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f, Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning

B. UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
If the DNDlr has hired a contractor or contractors to undertake work, they aay be required to be licensed in accordance with
state and local regulations. If the contractor is not licensed as required by laM, both the owner and contractor aay be
cited for a lisdeleanor violation under state IaN. If the owner Dr intended contractor are uncertain as to what licensing
requirelents lay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Departaent, IB131
788-6611.
Furtheraore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor(s) sign portions of the
"Contractor Sections" of this application for which they Mill be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the Mork. If the contractor wishes you to sign
as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills.

addressing a "coapensating volule" will be subtitted which is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of
Florida prior to perait issuance.
A pertit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perlit prevent the Building Official fro I thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perlit issued shall becoae invalid
unless the work authorized by such perait is coalenced within six aonths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perait is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six aonths after the tiae the work is coaaenced. One 90 day extension of tile, lay be
allowed for the perait Mith fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection aust be logged during each six lonth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.

Dade Engineering Corporation produces pre-
fabricated insulated panels with the benefit
of 25 years of experience in cold storage.
ST ANDARD/ECONO-lINE W ALK.INS
Dade Engineering Corporation has man-
ufactured pre-fabricated walk-in coolers!
freezers and cold storage doors designed
primarily for heavy use as in processing
plants, cold storage facilities and large re-
tail operations. We now offer both our
STANDARD walk-in and our new. ECONO-
LINE, designed for institutional applica-
tions. With budget and performance in
mind, we have adjusted our DAECO
STANDARD walk-in to produce a box de-
signed to satisfy the specific needs of the
food service equipment industry. To hold
down cost, we have modified height, metal
finish and insulation thickness. To Insure
performance equal to our standard walk-in,
we have not modified our door construc-
tion, the use of heavy gauge galvanized
steel on interior of door and floors, floor
screeds or the use of one piece corner sec-
tions. (See page 8 for ECONO-lINE speci-
fications.)
The key word at Daeco is flexibility. The
variety of metal finishes, insulation material,
and other alternates (see specifications), as-
sure the user of the proper design to meet
specific needs. Daeco walk-in refrigerated
rooms can be enlarged at any time, and can
easily be disassembled and reassembled.
The panels are constructed in nominal widths
to suit any dimension requirements for in-
door or outdoor use. The metal finish is
bonded under pressure to the insulation
core with a special epoxy adhesive, giving
the unit exceptional strength and rigidity.
This epoxy adhesive and the core of rigid
expanded polystyrene or urethane Insulation
(not foamed in place) enables Daeco ceiling
panels to span 16 feet with no structural
support.
Having both N.S.F. and U.S.O.A. approval,
Daeco panels are suitable for construction
of prefabricated wal~-in refrigerated rooms
as well as wall and!or ceiling insulation in
large cold storage facilities.
