state and local regulations. If the contractor is not licensed as required by law, both the owner and contractor lay be

require.ents .ay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Departlent, (813)
788-6611.
Furtherlore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor(s} sign portions of the
"Contractor Sections" of this application for which they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per.itting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills.

A per.it issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a per.it prevent the Building Official fro. thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perlit issued shall becole invalid
unless the work authorized by such per.it is co.teneed within six .onths of issuance, or if Mork authorized by the pertit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six .onths after the tile the Mork is cottenced. One 90 day extension of tile, lay be
allowed for the per.it with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection lust be logged during each six .onth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.

Oakrun Apartments

This is to confirm that the City of Zephyrhills Planning
Commission has recommended, and City Council has concurred
that the projected route for Green Slope Drive between the
existing Wal-Mart and your proposed Oakrun apartments will
be a part of a reverse frontage access road to relieve
traffic on u.S. 301. Construction of this road is eligible
for use of Transportation Impact Fees (TIF). City policy
provides for a credit toward the TIF assessed for develop-
ment which includes construction of TIF-eligible improve-
ments. In this instance the TIF credit would include fair
market value of right-of-way and actual construction costs
for approximately 410 ft. of a two lane collector roadway.
