Construction of this road is eligible for use of Transportation Impact Fees (TIF). City policy provides for a credit toward the TIF assessed for develop- ment which includes construction of TIF-eligible improve- ments. In this instance the TIF credit would include fair market value of right-of-way and actual construction costs for approximately 410 ft. of a two lane collector roadway.
