1. Final site plan ~ Morrow Industrial Site (Copeland)
Revised and final site plan was presented. Changes required
were included on plan. One contingency is to add notes onto
the plans concerning fire flow rates per the ISO. It also
was noted that at the commencement of further development,
additional fire hydrants must be installed 350 north of the
existing hydrant as shown.
~ Proposed site plan ~ coffee shop, 301 and 7th Avenue
Plans were presented for a proposed coffee shop/restaurant at
5327 Gall Boulevard, in the old Trottman house. The
restaurant will seat 60. Entrance will be off the paved
alley to the rear with an exit onto 7th Avenue. Dumpster
will be field located. Parking aisle must be 24 feet wide.
Thirteen spaces meet city requirements. Drainage
calculations must be shown on final plan and SWFWMD permit is
required. The restaurant will utilize a portion of the
existing building and porch. It will be called Kathy's
Gourmet House and feature different coffees, etc.

St. Joseph proposes to install gravel over two parking loys,
one located south of the church and a second south of the
parish center. Dust-free gravel will be used, per code.
The church has received an exemption from Southwest Florida
Water Management District. This plan was approved as
presented.

A revised site plan was presented. Entrance and parking
