b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

exercises the right of prepayment granted hereunder, then as
a prepayment penalty, the service charge or loan origination
fee collecte~ by,the mortgagee shall be forfeited in full by

If the property herein described should be sold or otherwise transferred, at voluntary or judicial sale
or otllenvise, or if any part thereof should be so transferred, mortgagee reseroes the right, at its option, to
declare the entire indebtedness secured hereby due and payable. Mortgagee shall have waived such option to
accelerate if, prior to the sale or transfer, mortgagee and the person to whom the property is to be sold or
transferred reach agreement in writing that the credit of such person is satisfactory to mortgagee and that tile
