WIND RESISTANT-GENERAL NOTES
1. The Contractor must send one set of truss construction
Drawings and calculations to Architect for review.
2. It is the intent of these Drawings and Specifications to
address all uplift points and areas. If tie downs are
not indicated, call Architect for tie down selection.
3. All calculations and data is based upon 100 MPH wind and
the set of plans furnished by Contractor. Any changes
from same will void WIND RESISTANT DESIGN.
4. Wind Resistant Detail Drawings A-I and A-2 must be
followed in all circumstances. These Drawings shall
be used in conj unction wi tb the Builders Drawings as
presented to the Architect for the preparation of
Wind Resistant Designs.
5. The Wind Resistant Details must be submitted with
Builders Drawings to the Building Department when
applying for a permit.
6. I hereby certify that I have reviewed the attached design
and found it to be in compliance with Section 1205 of the
Standard Building Code.
