Due to the code requirement of placing building (3) on east side of thrift shop no closer than 10 feet from the thrift shop, a change in the location of the building is required as to not block the aisles to the east parking lot, The change is as follows: 1) relocate bus/van carport from location to the north of the thrift shop to the location previously planned for the prefab building east of the thrift shop. See site plan dated 1-14-95. Location (B). 2) place prefab building where carport was. Location (D) 3) both locations wiIl be leveled and rocked, shrubs lining alley (C) to be removed. In addition, these: items are to be included in the overall project: 4) the aisles of all parking areas will be rocked, lot 1 west of the church, lot 2 east of the church, and lot 3 on the northeast comer of the 11th street and 6th avenue intersection (see item #3).
