REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

3. ALLEN uncondillonally warrants the signs against defective workmanship and materials for no days from date of
shipment or Installation, if installation is performed by ALLEN. Whenever tllere is any circumstance on which a claim mighl
be based, ALLEN musl be immediately informed or the provisions of Ihis warranty are voided, ALLEN shall not be liable 101
any damages or losses other than the replacement of such defeclive work 01 material. This warranty shall not include dcllllUne
or loss by any Act of God, fire, windstorm, or any other circumstance whalsoever beyond ALLEN'S conlrol.
4. Any items not shipped or installed on or belore 30 days after contracl date will be invoiced in lull at Ihe designaled
unit price, and PURCHASER hereby agrees to pay said invoice within len (10) days from invoice date, /I is agreed that slorago
charges shall accrue at the rate of one percent (1%) per month of the pri, () of the signcommeneingallhe end of said 30
day period. ALLEN at Its option, may invoice each item called for in the propl.sal separately upon con1plelion, or, if for reasons
beyond lis control complellon Is delayed, it may invoice for that portion of Ihe work completed during any given month, In
the event that size and weight of any item prohibits storage by ALLEN on its own properly, PURCHASER must make
arrangements for shipments immediately upon complellon.
5. Payment for items purchased under the terms of Ihis conlract will I.u made on receipl 01 invoices subrnilled, In Ihe
event payment is not made as agreed, PURCHASER agrees to pay a service charge on past due amounts al the rale 01
1'12% per month. In the event this contract is placed for collection or il collecled by suit or IhlOugh the Probate or Bankruplcy
Court, reasonable allorneys' fees shall be added.
