charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

Dear Mr. Corder:
We propose to do the following work on the roof at the above referenced

Furnish labor and material to remove all the existing roofing from
the back portion of the bUilding. Install a granule surfaced modified
roofing system, consisting of: : one (1) layer of coated base sheet to
be nailed with Zonotite nails and discs, one (1) layer of glas-ply
sheet to be set in a solid mopping of hot asphalt, and one (1) layer of
granule surface modified to be set in a solid mopping of hot asphalt
for surfacing. Install new two-ply flashing systems. Install 26 gauge
galvanized gravel stop, Install new lead boots around the plumbing
vents. Repair the front of the back wall of the mansard and make any
other necessary repairs to the b,lance of the roof.
This includes removing all the roofing debris from the premises.
Cost of labor and material for the above:
$6,000.00
