b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.

d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

A, ' I:.;ork Not In Contract To Be Done By Others:
1) Clear site of any organic material, grass, trees, shrubs, etc. Remove any utilities and bring site to required sub-grade
plus or minus 1/10 ft. and compacted to 95% minimum density.
2) Furnish any needed water or electrical power as may be required; provide access for truck and equipment.
3) Do any final grading or grassing around perimeter of courts.
4) Establish corners and elevation.
5) File Notice of Commencement.
6) Provide continuation of court drainage, if needed.
NOTE: If additional time or material is required by The Nidy Company to ready site, such expense will be charged to Owner.
B, Tho parties agree that, in the event that payment is not made as provided herein, Contractor may terminate this contract, refuse to complete any work
remaining pursuant to the contract, and any alternate proposals, amendments, changes of modifications thereto, and sue for the payment due, plus any
work performed by Contractor up until the date of termination, including a reasonable profit and overhead, court costs, attorney's fees (including attorney's
fees incurred in arbitration administrative proceedings, and all state and federal actions and appeals), and lntarest at the rate of 1 112% per month 18% per
year, In the event 01 litigation of this Contract. venue of same shall lie in Seminole COunty, Florida,

D, Condition of Sale:
The Purchaser and Seller or its assigns agree to the purchase and sale of before described property on the following conditions:
1) That Purchaser will pay to Seller or its assigns the Total Purchase Price in accordance with the terms set forth.
2) That Purchaser shall neither remove the said property from place of delivery nor dispose of or encumber same until seller is fully paid,
3) Thnt Purchaser assumes full responsibility for all loss of or damage to said property from any cause whatsoever.
<1\ That until the Total Purchase Price is fully paid (a) title to said property shall remain in Seller or its assigns, and (b) said property shall be and remain
at all times personal property regardless of whether affixed or attached to any real estate,
5) That if the Purchaser shall default in the payment of any installment or violate any of the provisions of this Contract the Seller or its assigns shall have
the right to declare due the whole amount unpaid and without notice or demand, legal process, liability for trespass or damages, and without prejudice
to other action, enter the premises where said property may be and repossess and remove same,
6) That there are no agreements or warranties in connection with this transaction which are not expressly set forth in this Contract.
7) Buyer hereby assigns without recourse The Nidy Company the right and interests of the material and equipment in the above Contract and in the property
described therein until paid in full,
