suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tile the work is co.enced. One 90 day extension of tile, lilY be

The .southwest Florida Water Management District is responsible for
protecting the water resource and its related environment tor the citizens
oJ the District. The ])i~;lrict Governing Board has adopted permitting
requirements designed to COTwerve water [esources , preserve: water quality,
protect wetlands and reduce flooding.
We have received and reviewed your submittal for the project referenced
above. Pursuant to Chapter 40D-4, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.),
a permit will not be requirod for the proposed sports restaurant within
the conLines o[ the existing, abandoned filling station. This decision
is contingent on the concurrent construction of a stormwater
retention/detention ponu, ilU UhOWll on the submitted plans (for reference
see Chapter 40D-4.021(7), F.A.C., and Chapter 40D-4.041(1), F.A.C.).
Plans and information submil:ted will be kept 011 file and referenced in
support of this opinion.
Please be reminded that all practicable and necessary effort should be
taken during cor,sLJ::uct.ior;, tc cQntrol and prevent erosion and transport of
sediments downstream.
