made on a set of residential house plans.
I had specified #7 rebar in the shearwalls and meant to specify #5
rebar for all reinforcement. The contractor, G. L. steve
Construction, has installed the #5 bar and I respectfully ask your
acceptance and approval of this construction. I am signing and
sealing this letter for your files.
The single family residence is located on Brentwood Drive in the
Silver Oaks subdivision. The owners name is Lennar.
