There has been removed a section of wall approximately 6 feet in length due to termite damage. It appears that all of the damaged wall has been removed and is ready for a replacement wall to be constructed. The existing foundation consists of piers and spread footings. On the East and West sides of the building there has been some settlement of approximately 1" to 1-1/2", this settlement is mainly noticeable due to the relative stability of the building center. There eltists a large spread footing for a fireplace at the center of the building which settled at a lessor rate than the perimeter of the building. The remainder of the building was inspected and found to be in acceptable condition.
