Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 ~f Block 213, City of Zephyrhills, are four separate lots of record. In theory a dwelling could be built on each 30 foot wide lot, however, there is a minimum 10 foot side set back which leaves only a 10 foot buildable strip. You could join lots 19 and 20, and lots 21 and 22, to create two lots with a 60 foot width.
