requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every pertit issued sball beCOle invalid
unless the work authorized by such perlit is cOllBDced within six IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perlit is

Re: Buildable Lots
This is in response to your letter of May 18 and to confirm
our conversation. Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 ~f Block 213, City
of Zephyrhills, are four separate lots of record. In theory
a dwelling could be built on each 30 foot wide lot, however,
there is a minimum 10 foot side set back which leaves only a
10 foot buildable strip. You could join lots 19 and 20, and
lots 21 and 22, to create two lots with a 60 foot width.
These two parcels could each be built upon even though the
current zoning requires a minimum 75 foot lot width.
