REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15,00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called,
e. Permit not posted on job site,
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same,

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
This contract entered into this _/t'fttday of Septemher, 1996, between James and
Wanda Engel, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Centre-Mark Corporation., a
State Certified General Contractor (lie. # CGC043354), hereinafter referred to as
BUILDER, in consideration for the promises, covenants, and agreements contained
hereafter, hereby agree to the following:
1.) BUILDER shall be required to construct the addition as per the attached, signed
blueprints and specification list indicate, furnishing labor, material, and services as
described below and/or attached herewith on the following real property located
in Pasco County, Florida, legally described as: Lot 9 Oakcrest Subdivision - Phase I
And to construct said structure in a workmanlike manner for the price and terms set
forth below.

2.) BUILDER shall pay for building permits and government inspections necessary for
the completion of this project.
3.) BUILDER shall strive and diligently seek to complete construction within 45
calendar days from actual ground breaking, Should this time schedule be delayed due to
government authority, weather, vandalism, acts of the owner, or change orders submitted
by same, the time for completion shall be extended by the amount of time caused by
such delay,
4,) BUILDER shall provide liability insurance and workman compensation insurance as
required by law, including injury or death to workman. OWNER shall provide fire and
extended coverage insurance in the amount of the full insurable value of the building
and materials during the construction period,
5,) BUILDER shall have exclusive occupancy of said addition until OWNER has
accepted construction, and full payment under the tenns of this contract has been made
to BUILDER. If OWNER occupies before acceptance and final payment has been
made, said occupancy by OWNER shall be construed as OWNER acceptance and
BUILDER shall be entitled to full payment.

A pemit issued sball be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor sball issuance of a pemit prevent the Building Official frOJ thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery pettit issued shall beCOle invalid
unless the work authorized by such pemit is cOJJeJlced within six IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the pemit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tile the work is COIIeI1ced. One 90 day extension of tite, JaY be
allowed for the pemit with fee charge of $15.00. fbe extension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
