REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

n. Construct around the pool a four (4) fcot hi.gh fence with ulf~
closing, self-latehins gate. with no op~nings large enou~h to admit
a four (4) inch sphere.
b. Construct a screen enclosure Around the pool which is permitted by
the Pasco County Central Permitting Division; or
c. In the case of a portable above-ground spn, provide an impenetrable
spa cover securely fastened over the structure when not in usa.,
That one of the enclo$ure~ de$cribed above will be completed prior to fina
inspection of the pool.
