REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) is pleased to submit our proposal for the
removal and proper disposal of the structures located at the addresses listed above as
follows:

front and rear porches. Demolition includes 1 story "garage apartment" at rear of property.
Total cost for demolition, disposal, labor and insurance.... .............................$3,812.00.
2. 5140 7th Street - Demolition and disposal of single story frame residence with
small porch. Total cost for demolition, disposal, labor and insurance.................$1.750.00.
The above costs are based upon both parcels being demolished together.
