Your request to build a home on Lot #32 in Stephen's
Glen has been approved by the Design Review Committee.
Please be sure that Carol Borgo is provided with all
the necessary information concerning the Silver Oaks
Community Association, ie., the Master Declaration,
the By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation. Also,
that she be informed of the Annual Dues and the Raod
Fund.
We are anxious to keep Silver Oaks looking as neat as
Possible so please be sure a trash bin is provided and
the lot is kept as clean as possible when bUilding.
Also, oil leaking from worker's cars parked on the
streets during the building process is damaging to our
streets. If at all Possible, please ask them to park
on an empty lot, if one is available. Under Phase III
of the Landscape Plans section of the application it
calls for full irrigation of the lawn. Please make
sure this is an automated system with proper controls.
