requirelents lay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Deparllent, (813)

NContractor Sections" of tbis application for whicb tbey will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
as contractor that lay be an indication tbat he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills.

addressing a "colpensating volUle" will be sublitted which is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of
Florida prior to perlit issuance.
A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with tbe work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perlit prevent the Building Official frOl thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perlit issued sball becOle invalid
unless the work authorized by such perlit is cOllenced witbin six IOnths of issuance, or if work autborized by tbe perlit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tile the work is cOllenced. One 90 day extension of tile, laY be
allowed for the perlit witb fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection lust be logged during each six IOnth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.

Water Heaters 612.1 Comply with efficiency requirements in Table 6-11. Switch or clearly marked circuit breaker (electric)
or cutoff laas\ must be provided. External or built-in heat trap required.
Swimming Pools & Spas 612,1 Spas & heated pools must have covers (except solar heated). Non-commercial pools must have
a pump timer. Gas spa & pool heaters must have a minimum thermal efficiency of 78%.
Shower Heads 612,1 Water flow must be restricted to no more than 3 gallons per minute at 80 PSIG.
