. Frame ceiling as needed
. Reinforce walls as needed for stucco.
. Stucco walls and ceiling with lace texture.
. Prime, caulk, putty, and paint walls and trim to match existing finish.
. Trim at floor as possible to blend into existing floor finish ( can not guarantee match on floor finish).
