Wheelblast - Revised Site Plan Wheelblast is an existing business located in the NW comer of Copeland Industrial Park. The owner has submitted a revised site plan for the following activities: · construct a free-standing storage building; · construct a bathroom addition; · add a covered air compressor storage area; and · add additional paving. The owner states that the original SWFWMD permit issued in 1995 covers the above- mentioned improvements. Staff recommends that the owner's engineer provide a letter verifying that all proposed improvements are covered under the 1995 permit. Staff also recommends that the debris / dumpster should be re-Iocated from the designated parking.
