One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered abandoned. Dear Mr. Bridges: The District has reviewed information received on August 26, 1998, for the project referenced above to determine if the activities proposed are regulated by District rules. Based on the information you provided and the statutes and rules in effect at the time of this determination, the District has concluded that an Environmental Resource Permit win not be required for the proposed hangar addition. Plans and information submitted will be kept on file in the Brooksville Service Office in support of this decision. This notification to you does not mean that the District has determined that your project is permanently exempt from permitting requirements nor does it relieve you of the responsibility of obtaining other permits or approvals (federal, state or local) that may be required for the project. This determination may not be valid in the event future changes occur in the applicable statutes or rules.
