f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

issued shall become invalid uuless the work authorized by such permit is cOJlllnenced within
six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a
period of six months after the time the work is cOl1ullenced. One 90 day extension of time

Form and pour a 14x59 and a 12x30, 7x16 raised slab.
We will use 3000 psi fiber crete. Install 6x6 wire mesh on
the motorhome side of the port. There will be number 8 re-
bar installed in the footer all the way around the perimeter.

We will frame all walls with 2x4 wood studs. All walls
will be hurricane clipped and anchored using three eights
thunder bolts every two feet. The second floor will rest on
the first floor wall~ and second floor walls will rest on the
second floor. All three sections will be fastened together
using 18 inch straps with number 9 truss nails. All exterior
walls will be insulated with R-11 insulation. Also exterior
walls will be covered with half inch O.S.B. board, and wra-
pp~d ~ith Tyvek house wrap.

There will be 6 43x76 insulated, double hung, vinyl framed
glass windows. Above the front two windows there will be a 60
inch by 18 inch arch deadlight.
Also 6 36x36 insulated, vinyl framed windows.

1. The following structures are designed for mono sloped aluminum root systems 10 be rnanied to
block and wood frame structures of adequate structural capacity. The contractor 1 home 0_
