I have received the three (3) -page applications along with the blue prints for the house that is to be constructed at 6626 North Lake Drive in Zephyrhills. After careful review of the plans for new home construction on lot number 22. Phase I of Silirer Oaks, four members of the Design Review Committee have approved the floot plans. In reference [0 the landscaping plans, as a reminder within 60 days prior to the landscaping occurring. you must submit an outline of the plans. A site inspec;tion will o(;cu.t after installation as indicated on page two (2) of the application. For your information, residents that are planting oak trees or any tree between the sidewalk and the road are experiencing problems with tree roots after several years. Sidewalks are starting to "raise" due to the size of the roots growing underneath the sidewalk. Currendy, the Silver Oaks Community Association is attempting to correct the problems within the community, by contracting [0 sand the sidewalks that are raising or replacing a portion of the sidewalk if need be. If you opt to plant any large trees within this area, you may be responsible for the damage to the sidewalk. Thanks for taking the time to review and consider this. The Design Review Committee will retain the original application and this letter for its records, If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at 780-6340, Fred Allen, 780-7919 or our President, Donald Whitlock at 782-8521.
