This structure constitutes a hazard to safety and health by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence and abandonment. This structure shall be inspected by a State of Florida licensed engineer and a detailed inspection report on repairs conforming with the 1997 Standard Building Code shall be submitted to the City of Zephyrhills Building Official. The electrical system shall also be upgraded in accordance of the 1999 National Electric Code. You will be required to obtain all necessary permits within 60 days of receipt of this notice. Completion of repairs shall be within 180 days of receiving permits. At your option you may demolish this structure. If you elect to do so you must obtain a demolition permit within 60 days from receipt of this notice and demolition shall be completed within 60 days of receipt of permit. If no action has been taken within 60 days from receipt of this notice, the City of Zephyrhills Building Department will contract to have this structure demolished.
