LmA;/~ BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. in the city Council Chambers of City Hall. Present were members Mickey McPhee, Lance Smith, Wallace Reeves, and Gary Hatrick. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Reeves. Roll call was taken, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion was made by Mickey McPhee for approval of minutes from March 12th meeting. Seconded by Gary Hatrick and passed unanimously. Item 1 - Bruce A. Myers, 7313 Applegate Drive - variance request to encroach side setback six feet and to encroach rear setback two feet for screen pool enclosure. After brief discussion, motion was made by Mickey McPhee to approve variance request. Seconded by Gary Hatrick and motion passed unanimously. If the contractor wishes you to sign as contractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to permitting privileges in the City of Zephyrhills. C. Every permit issued shall become ipvalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
