The complaint is in regards to the workmanship of the concrete. We have inspected the work and agree that the complaint is legitimate. Our main concern is that the extension of the concrete does not appear to provide the required footers. Also according to the property owner there is no welded wire mesh or fibermesh provided within this area as required. We are requesting you to take the necessary steps to correct this matter.
