closing, self-latching gates.' Ttle fence must not have any gaps, openings, indentations, protrusions, or
structural components thatcould allow a young child to crawl under, squeeze through, or climb over the
fence.i Gates must open outward away from pool area. The releasing mechanism of the latching device
must be located on the poolsipeof the gate and so placed that it cannot be reached by a young child
over the top or through any opening or gap. No opening in the fence may be large enough to-admit a
four-inch sphere. .
