The proposed structure is roughly a 12x18 Raised Screen Room, 1Ox16 Shed and a 18x32 Carport. The existing mobile home, to be considered an adequate host structure, should be blocked and anchored in accordance with the manufacturers suggested and permitted set-up permit. Therefore, it is my opinion that the marriage of the proposed structure with the addition will not compromise the structural integrity of the host structure, if the addition is constructed as per the attached aluminum engineered drawings.
