g. Work not accessible.

A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authoLit:y to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technioal codes,
nor shall issuance of a permJt prevent the Building Official from thereafter req"lring a
correction of errors in plans, ponstruction, or violations of any oode. Every pe,mit
isaued shall become invalid unless the wo:rk authorized by suah permit is cOllunenced within
six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the penult ls suspended or abandol1ed f9r a
period of s:l.:x months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extens:l.on of time
may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be ,equested
in writing to the BuJldi.ng Official. An approved inapection muat be logged during each"si.x
month period, or the proj ect ~lill be considered abandoned.
