d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

The undersigned understands that this permit may be subject to "deed restrictions" ,'lh1ch
may be more restrictive than City regulations. '1'l1e undersi.gned assumes responsibi.li.ty for
compLi.ance w~th any applicabl.e deed restrictions.
B. UNLICENSED CON'l'RACTORS AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
If the ovmer has hired a contractor or con.tractors to undertake work, they may be required
to be l.icensed in accordance with state and local regulations. If the contractor is not
licensed as requi.red by law, both the owner and contractor may be cited for a misdemeanor
violation under state law. If the OHner or intended contr.actor are uncertaln as to what
Licenstng requirements may apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the
City of Zepbyrhills Building Department, 813-788-6611.
Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the
contractor(s) sign portions of the "Contractor Sectlons" of this appllcation for whlcll they
wilt be responsible. If you, as the owner signs as the contractor, you are indicating that
YOll, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes
you to sign as contractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is
not: entitled to permitting privileges in the City of Zl'lphyrhiU.B.

be done in compliance with all applicable laws regulating construction, zoning, and land
development.

certify that no work or installation has commenced prior to issuance of a permit and that
atl work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating constrllction, City
codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jurisdiction. I also
certify tllatI understand that the regulations of other governmental agencies may apply to

understood that a drainage plan addressing a "compensating volume" 'will be submitt.ed which
1s prepared by a professional engineer registered in the state of Florida prior to permit

1\ permit issued sllall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
nor shall i.ssuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
issued shall becom!!l invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is cOlTunenced within
six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permlt is suspended or abandoned for a
period of slx months afte.t:: the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of t.ime
may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
in writ1ng to the Buil.ding Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six

This letter is to certifY that I have reviewed the above referenced project to
determine the structural adequacy ofthe existing structure to receive the attached
structure. The proposed structure is roughly a 12x18 Raised Screen Room,
12xlO Shed and a 12x32 Carport. The existing mobile home, to be considered
an adequate host structure, should be blocked and anchored in accordance with
the manufacturers suggested and permitted set-up permit.
Therefore, it is my opinion that the marriage of the proposed structure with the
addition will not compromise the structural integrity ofthe host structure, if the
addition is constructed as per the attached aluminum engineered drawings.
