charge of twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
C. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

AMS is authorized to furnish all materials and labor required to complete the work described in the above proposal, for which l!We agree to
pay the full amount specified in said proposal, and in accordance with all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be binding upon the Buyer's written acceptance hereof in the space provided below or upon the AMS's commencing
performance. Upon such acceptance or commencement of performance, this Agreement shall constitute the entire contract and be binding
upon the parties hereto, there being no covenants, promises, warranties or agreement, written or oral, express or implied, except as herein set
forth or as created by applicable law.

A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not a::!
authority to vlolate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from tllereafter requi.ring a
correction of errors ill plans, con~truction, or violations of any code. Every permit
issu~d shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is cOllulIenced within
six months of issuance, or if Hork authorized by the permit is suspended 01' abandoqed for a
period of silt months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
in writing to the Buildlng Official. An approved lnspectlon must be logged durlng each' six
month period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
