The inspection reports have been included for your records. Based on a review of the
reports the following items are noted:
- The requirement for the compressive strength of the cell fill grout is 2,500
psi (instead of 3,000 psi 8S noted on the test reports). One location did
not meet the requirement at 28-days, but exceeded the strength
requirement at 56-days. The 56-day strength was acceptable to the
Structural Engineer of Record (Notice attached).
- The concrete placed at the northeast corner of the slab on grade in
Building A did not meet the compressive strength requirement of 3,000
psi at 28-days, but exceeded 3,000 psi at 56-days. The 56-day strength
was acceptable to the Structural Engineer of Record (Notice attached).
The remainder of the items tested and inspected appeared to be in general accordance
with the project plans,

Frontier Building Corp has tenninated its Contract with Pewter Plumbing, Inc. for the referenced project
effective April 15, 2003 due to Pewter's abandonment of the job. We have contracted with Harris Plumbing
certificate # CF- 0057444 to complete the balance of the work and request that the city release the permits that
are currently issued to Pewter Plumbing, Inc. and re-issue them to Harris Plumbing. Larry Harris from Harris
Plumbing should be coming in today to process the necessary paperwork.
