Based on a review of the reports the following items are noted: - The requirement for the compressive strength of the cell fill grout is 2,500 psi (instead of 3,000 psi 8S noted on the test reports). One location did not meet the requirement at 28-days, but exceeded the strength requirement at 56-days. The 56-day strength was acceptable to the Structural Engineer of Record (Notice attached). - The concrete placed at the northeast corner of the slab on grade in Building A did not meet the compressive strength requirement of 3,000 psi at 28-days, but exceeded 3,000 psi at 56-days. The 56-day strength was acceptable to the Structural Engineer of Record (Notice attached).
