REINSPECTlON FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

compliance with any applicable deed restrictions.

it to the "owner" prior to conunencement.

Application is hereby made to obtain a permit to do work and installat10n as indicated. 1

understood that a drainage plan addressing a "compensating volume" 'wiLL be submitted Hh.ich

issllance.
A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed vii th the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aslde any provisions of the technical codes,
nor aha.11 issuallce of a permi.t prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
isslled shall become invalid unless the Hark authorized by such permit is cOllullenued Hl thin
::Ilx months of issuance, or if Hork authorized by the permit ls suspended or abandoqed for a
p<:lriod of si.x months after the time the work i::i conunenced. One 90 day extension of tIme
may be allowed tor the permit with fee ,charge of $15.00. The extellsion shall be ~equested
III writing to the Buildl.ng Official. An approved inspection must be logged dud n9 each six
month period, or the Pl.-oject Hill be considered abandoned.
