Meeting was called to order by Chairman Reeves. Roll call was taken, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion was made by Cecila Graham for approval of minutes from November 12, 2002 meeting. Seconded by Mickey McPhee and passed unanimously. Item 1 - Leroy Willmirth, 5745 Yorkshire Drive, variance request of six foot for rear setback to build a screen room. After brief discussion, motion was made by Mickey McPhee to approve variance request. Seconded by Cecila Graham and motion passed unanimously.
