following are general instructions
for installing me Duro-Last Roofing
System.
Deck Surface Pr8Daration: Ttle
substrate on which Duro-Last
membrane IS to be applied must be
clean. smooth. free of sharp edges,
loose debris, and standing water.
Gravel snould be leveled. All
surface preparations m\Jst be done
in strict accordance with tne Duro-
L.ast applicatiop specifications.

on the deck and cut neatly aroLlnd
all penetrations. It must then be
mechanically attached wim
appro14ed fasteners according to the
Duro-Last specificatiqns. Do not lay
more insulation than can be
covered in Ute same day. Stagger

diagram, select the proper marked
and rolled premanufactured sheet
of Ouro-l.ast membrane. Orient the
membrane so the fastening tabS'
are perpendiCI.Ilar to the nbs or
corrugations of steel deck. or 10 the
width of prestressed concrete "T"
slabs. Secure the membral'\9 to the
roof deck throLIQtr the fastening tab
with approved fasteners and plates,
in accotdance with Ou~st
