The Contractor expressly represents that he presently carries Worker's Compensation Insurance, for the benefit of his employees engaged in work under this contract, with an insurance company duly licensed to transact the business ofW orker' s Compensation in the State of Florida. Contractor shall pay when due and payable, the Social Security and employment taxes imposed by law. The Contractor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the City from and against claims, demands, actions or causes of actions, including, but not limited to COSt, expenses, legal fees and liabilities incurred in and about the investigation and defense thereof for personal injuries including death or property damage suffered by any person, firm, or corporation whatsoever and arising from or in any way connected with the negligent performance of the Contractor, its agents, servants, or employees under this contract.
