certify that I understand that the regulations of other governmental agencies may apply to

A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,

issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is oOlJunenced within
sli{ months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandor!ed tor a

may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. Tile ei{tension shall be tequested

Any materials and labor not included in this agreement will be extra. All decking is installed according to Building Codes any cracks
shall not be construed as defective workmanship or materials. Guarantee null and void if not paid in full within 10 days after water IS in,
Owner is responsible for lawyer fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect any monies left owing on Pool Contract. Any extra
dirt is at the expense of the customer, as well as water problems and seepage, This contract does not cover other safety requirements by
County or State Agencies, i.e., barriers, alarms, etc,
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of:
Thirteen thousand four hundred ninety five dollars ($) With payment to be made as follows:
$1,000.00 upon signing of contract 19t draw of 8,121.75 upon commencement of work 2nd draw of $4,073.25 upon deck
being poured and balance of $300,00 upon completion,
Buyer has the right to cancel this agreement/proposal by mailing a notice to the seller. The notice must sav that you do not want the
goods or services and must be mailed before midnight the third business day after you sign this proposal.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any
alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our controL This proposal
