DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE & CONSUMER SERVICES: (904) 488-9790
(A) No zones allowing these as a permitted use. May apply for conditional use
as outdoor recreation if in a C-2, C-3 or LI zone. If this is the case,
then conditional use requirements must be complied with, ref,er to Ord.
#519, Sec_ 6500. Time element to consider since conditional use has to
have city council approval.
(B) If no mechanical rides are involved, dept. of agriculture does not require
any license or permits. Exception: moonwalk.
(C) If mechanical rides are involved, Dept. of Agriculture requires licensing,
permitting & inspection of rides.
. Proof of state license & permit (if applicable).
· Proof of liability insurance required by the state naming the City of
Zephyrhills as additional insured party, or any insurance required by the
city.

· If food concessions are involved, must comply with Pasco County Health
Department (352) 521-4229 & we require proof of compliance for same_ Check
for state permit if temporary mobile food concession involved.
· Upon compliance of the above, applicable permits may be issued.. Tent permit
fee is $35.00. If electrical involved, a city registered electrical
contractor must pull a permit - $35 fee. If contractor is not registered -
$20 fee is also required. Once tent is erected an inspection is required by
the Fire" Department and Building Department_
· City occupational license fee is $105 per day.
