Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered ~bandoned. The proposed structure is roughly a 12x12 shed, a 12x14 Raised Screen Room, and a 12x30 Carport. The ~xisting mobile home, to be considered an adequate host structure, should be blocked and anchored in accordance with the manufacturers suggested and permitted set-up permit. Therefore, it is my opinion that the marriage of the proposed structure with the addition will not compromise the structural integrity of the host structure, if the addition is constructed as per the attached aluminum engineered drawings.
